$1,500 due upon receipt of application (and will be credited to the balance)

The remaining payments shall be made as follows:
• $1100 (3 weeks) or $2500 (6 weeks) due November 1st
• $1100 (3 weeks) or $2500 (6 weeks) due January 15th
• Balance due by March 15th
