Welcome to “Chestnut Essentials!”

We are excited to make these resources available to our amazing Chestnut Lake Camp families. Chestnut Essentials have been created as a means of:

  • Providing insights into key areas of camp preparation and summer success strategies for campers and parents
  • Highlighting (and sometimes amplifying) key elements of the Camp Handbook
  • Reminding families of important forms to complete, upcoming deadlines, or new information that we want to be sure everyone has

Each Chestnut Essentials section has a theme. Our hope is that the Chestnut Essential series will be of added value to you in advance of the summer, and that the organization of the materials around these themes is an effective way for you to find and focus on the information that is most relevant to you. If you miss a Chestnut Essential, there will always be a link here to use so that you can review any materials.
