Parent Zoom, Camper Zoom Meet-Up & Lunch Bunch Meetings

To keep parents up to date on important summer information and to support connections among Chestnut Lake families and our camp’s leadership, we hold monthly 1-hour Zoom meetings (beginning in February). Meetings are not mandatory for parents, but we strongly encourage at least one parent to join us.

Parent Zoom Meetings typically use a slide deck to complement the sharing of resources and information by our directors and other staff, and all meetings are recorded. Links to watch/listen to meetings that may have been missed, or to review info shared, will be sent to all parents within 1 day of the meeting.

For campers attending our First or Second Session and in rising 3rd through 6th grades in the fall of 2026, we hold special Zoom Meet-Ups. These are for new and returning campers in these specific grades, and the one-hour calls will be done by session. Our staff, including our Assistant Directors, facilitates these calls.

Lunch Bunch meetings are one-hour informal gatherings via Zoom hosted by members of our year-round team. They are great opportunities for parents to drop in for even a few minutes to ask questions on any topic.
